Summary: DeVpn is a decentralized VPN service operated by DVPN LLC. By using our service, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to use DeVpn. The DVPN token is a utility token with no guaranteed monetary value.
By accessing or using DeVpn ("the Service"), operated by DVPN LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DVPN LLC. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
DeVpn provides a decentralized Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that routes your internet traffic through encrypted WireGuard tunnels via distributed exit nodes. The Service includes:

You may not create multiple accounts, share your account credentials with others, or transfer your account without our written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe and select cryptocurrencies (Solana, Bitcoin, Ethereum, DVPN token). Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

DeVpn operates a decentralized provider network where third parties can contribute exit nodes and earn DVPN utility tokens. Providers agree to:
DVPN LLC reserves the right to remove any provider from the network at any time for violations of these requirements or for any behavior that compromises the security, integrity, or reputation of the network.
Providers are independent operators, not employees or agents of DVPN LLC. DVPN LLC is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party providers, though we take reasonable measures to ensure network quality and security.
DeVpn sells pre-configured hardware devices ("Nodes") through our online store at devpn.org/store. All hardware sales are final unless covered under warranty or the return policy below. Nodes are sold for the purpose of operating as DeVpn provider exit nodes.
DeVpn hardware is covered by a limited 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, power surges, water damage, or unauthorized repair. To initiate a warranty claim, contact support@devpn.org with your order number and a description of the defect.
Unopened hardware may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Opened or used hardware is not eligible for return unless covered under the limited warranty. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Each Node purchase generates a unique claim code (format: DVPN-XXXX-XXXX) that links the physical device to your DeVpn account. You are responsible for keeping your claim code secure. DVPN LLC is not responsible for unauthorized use of your Node resulting from shared or compromised claim codes. Lost claim codes can be recovered by contacting support@devpn.org with proof of purchase.
Nodes sold by DeVpn are intended for use as DeVpn provider exit nodes. You agree to:
Node operators earn DVPN utility tokens based on availability (being online and ready to serve traffic) and bandwidth contributed to the network (1 DVPN per gigabyte routed), subject to the token terms in Section 11. Earnings depend on network demand, node uptime, speed tier, and other factors. DVPN LLC does not guarantee any specific level of earnings or any monetary return on the hardware purchase.
Nodes receive automatic over-the-air (OTA) software updates from DeVpn. These updates may modify functionality, security features, or performance characteristics. By operating a Node, you consent to automatic updates. Nodes running software below the minimum required version may be temporarily removed from the active provider network until updated.
DVPN LLC reserves the right to remove any Node from the provider network if it is found to be tampered with, running unauthorized software, violating these Terms, or otherwise compromising network integrity. Removal from the network does not entitle the owner to a refund of the hardware purchase price.
Hardware orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. DeVpn is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Important Token Disclaimer: The DVPN token is a utility token, not a security, investment product, or financial instrument. DVPN LLC makes no representations regarding future token value. Tokens may have no monetary value. Do not purchase hardware or participate as a provider with the expectation of financial profit.
The DVPN token is a utility token on the Solana blockchain used exclusively within the DeVpn ecosystem. Key terms:
All content, branding, trademarks, software, and technology comprising the DeVpn Service are owned by DVPN LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without prior written permission from DVPN LLC.
The DeVpn name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of DVPN LLC. Use of these marks without written authorization is prohibited.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DVPN LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DVPN LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DVPN LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you transmit through the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@devpn.org. Upon termination:
Sections 11 (DVPN Token), 13 (Disclaimers), 14 (Limitation of Liability), 15 (Indemnification), and 17 (Governing Law) survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.
Exceptions: Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
